Christmas Music

The Most Popular Gift giving season for more than 2000 years.

Some of the best things about Christmas

The season is what we know and love.

It is the music, it brings back those cold snow and fun filled days when
we were young and anxiously awaited that chilly Christmas morning…

Music is is after-all such a big part of the holiday spirit, Christmas just seems to
grow on you when you listen to that great music, you remember from the
days of your own youth, the times you spent with your family growing up
can be instantly brought back in just a moments time.

If you are tired of hearing all those old lame Midi tones that sound like 1995 then
you are in for a treat because the Musicians from all over the world and all walks of life are putting together some of your favorites for this Holiday Season.

Christmas Music of the season.

Royalty free music why you need it if you want to create video and presentational
audio, it just is not the same without music.

Another great reason to get Royalty free Music is that one of the biggest issues
online today is that youtube video sound tracks, thousands of videos every month
are being removed because of music, so all in all it might be a good thing to own
Royalty Free music.

So, this is why we created
the Christmas Fiver project…

Now accepting submissions for the project,
use the contact link to get the details.

Imagine a beautiful Christmas day but with no singing no music, just silence,
it just would not be the same.

It is not Christmas without the Music, so Christmas fiver has been created
to feature Musicians and Talented, vocalists to engage the Season with their
own brand of Christmas music.

We are not affiliated with Fiverr.com except as a seller and buyer of services.

This project is a simple one it is designed to create the opportunity for Artists
to provide a sampling of their music to be used in online productions, such as
youtube videos or other online publications.

We are using the fiverr.com platform because it is affordable and
it offers its users the opportunity to present their services as part
of this promotion we want to work with as many Musicians as possible.

Fiverr.com

All submissions will be made using the fiverr.com system not only is it free to
join but it provides a great method of artists working together and a great service
that is already frequented by large corporations, like the networks and even talent
organizations.

If you are not yet a member of Fiverr.com please do consider trying it out, its free
and you might just make some really great friends along the way.

The more gigs the better it gets.

We will be working with many different fiverr providers over the next few months
to create even more interesting projects, so even if you are not the worlds greatest
musician, we also order all kinds of gigs for writing, graphics, reports, virtual assistants
and more.

If you are a musician considering participating in this project
please contact us, we
are putting together the music now,
so there is still time if you wish to get in on
this great fun project.

Royalty Free digital assets

Do you ever think about where the content comes from in your videos?

If you are using unverified assets in your video or audio files, heads up everything is about to change.

2012 could be the year that everything changes, with the most recent changes from Google and its far reaching determinations about content uploaded to youtube, there might be some real litigation issues in the very near future.

Why Royalty Free could be the next big thing in online marketing.

You might be thinking that things will remain the same no matter what happens.

If your like most people your wondering what Royalty Free, is, you might be thinking, is this something about the Queen of England, or is this about the Royal Marriage, no, it has nothing to do with what the name suggests, except that royalty free, means, that once you pay a set fee, you do not have to pay a continuing fee to use that digital product again.

Why you need royalty free music…

Back in the old days, every time a song was played, a royalty would need to be paid, to the copyright holder, or the music company that holds the paper on that song.

In fact in many markets this is still the case, but something changed, over the years, something came along that changed everything.

Want to take a wild guess what that thing was that changed everything?

Get the PDF

Yes, you got it, The Internet changed the way that everything used to work, at first people just laughed at websites, I remember back in 1999 going around to business owners and marketing websites.

Yes, that was long before offline marketing became popular…

Long before people started selling books on how to market to mom and pop business owners.

For every business owner I talked to only a few even knew what a website was and the rest openly laughed at the idea of operating at website, more than a few said, ” That Internet stuff is just a FAD, it wont last and in a few months it will be gone”  Well its been a few years and there are now Billions of dollars in sales every year…

The thing is everything has changed, what used to only happen in a retail environment is now being processed by sales merchants online.

What used to require getting into a car and traveling to a store, now can be done using only a computer keyboard.

What used to take hours of shopping to find just the right deal and the right price can be done in seconds.

It has literally changed everything, including the way we look at Royalty Free content.

But why is that?

The reason it has changed the Royalty free market is that for the most part, you can download just about anything for free, or at a very low cost, so this has changed the way that many products are marketed, it used to be that you had to go to a music store, and buy a Cassette Tape, or a record, then they changed over to CDs, but now Digital downloads is quickly becoming the number one seller online.

This fostered the wild wild west of the Internet, a time when just about anything and everything was available for download for free.

People thought nothing of going to a website and getting free music, after all it was free right.

Well, thats not quite accurate, but over all there was so much of it going on that for the most part no one bothered to try to stop it, that was then this is now.

The Internet has become so popular, it has become so virulent, it has become such a source of income that those people that used to laugh at the Internet are not laughing any more.

In fact they are paying attention in such a way that in a few short months, everything about the way you do business will change, It is all going to change again and soon.

You might be wondering, how this is going to happen and how it will effect you.

The truth is that at first you will not notice much of a difference, but over time, what people are getting away with now, will soon become a criminal offense, its already starting to happen, but for the most part, so much is going on in the world wide News, that small stories about people getting sued over copyright infringement are not big news…

The Solution, is Royalty Free Digital Assets.

Do a search for Royalty Free music and see what comes up, you will see thousands of websites, and the prices can be very expensive, from as low as 10 bucks per asset to hundreds of dollars per use.

They are working on getting their fair share of the Money that is made online, and they intend to get what they want anyway they can.

Copyright infringement, Trademark infringement, Digital Rights infringement, used to be just a threat, but now the threat is becoming real and soon, if they get what they want it will become a criminal event to use content without the authors permission.

Soon, you will have to pay a price, for every thing you put on your website from video to pictures, unless, that is you happen to have an agreement with a Digital production company.

DCMA Music

Watch out for what will come next, and they will not wait for long, the problem is that they being the Entertainment industry represented by tons of Cash, want to control the Internet.

Watch out of the Troll under the Bridge,)

Be careful and beware of the Dogs, because if Congress and the Music Lobbyists, have their way, it might soon be a felony, to post a you-tube video online.

Danger, you or your Child might be in danger of becoming a statistic.

With congress at the beck and call of lobby fascists, you might not like what congress is willing to do for a quick buck or a campaign contribution, selling out the world and everyone in it if they could.

There are a lot of interesting news stories online these days, for the most part they are not often even seen in the news media or the cable networks, This past year, Large Corporations with big money attempted to influence, the legislation of at least allegedly three to four different bills, (Laws yet to be)

That would create additional burdens on websites, like Google.com,
Youtube.com, Any online publisher.

I think everyone feels that for the most part Music created by artists and yes, record labels, should be respected, however, to make it a crime to post a video where music is playing in the background, and
perhaps this was not even done on purpose, for example say your teen child makes a video they think
is cute, and they just happen to be listening to a radio station online.

Guess what one Democratic Senator wants to do to your child.

Put them in jail, and not just for a short time either, but for many years, in fact one poorly written bill
by this allegedly insane woman, Senator, would have made it a felony, for anyone to upload a video with any kind of audio that anyone might claim was a copyright violation.

Think about that for a moment, a Felon.

Which means you cannot vote in elections, you cannot get a decent job, you can not even get a decent
Rental because that would be on your record forever.

What we are talking about here is insanity, yet we have people in Washington that “think” this is fine.

Mostly because the rules they make never apply to them.

If you have children that like to make videos and post them to youtube you need to both be aware of
what the laws are and also you need to help your child understand what the risks are of using music that
while might sound cool, is actually a crime.

Warning, failure to take this seriously now could result in a huge heartache in the future.

Royalty free music prevents the insane people in Washington DC, from
enslaving your children as criminals.

So far all attempts to make it a crime to post videos on you tube, or to post any material that is claimed as copyrighted, has failed, but they are trying over and over again, in fact they recently tried to place this
same provision, buried inside, (allegedly) of an innocent looking bill, they make it sound like its in the best interest of the public but in reality it really is just not true.

Know your rights, and use royalty free music for videos you and your children make.
